Episode 021: Recipe for Disaster

     Dialogue Edit:
To add on to Sanji's dubbed personality, dubbed Zeff tells Sanji reasons why he isn't needed at Baratie anymore. He fights with the customers (true), flirt with women (true), and refuse to wear the chef's headwear because it messes up his hair (false). Poor poor Sanji..

Dubbed Sanji says he's the best when it comes to cooking. In the original, Sanji never thought of being the best cook ever. He might've not liked his cooking be insulted, but he never stated that he wanted to be the best.

In the dub as Zeff leaves after throwing Sanji at the table, Sanji explains how he's staying as a chef longer than the height of Zeff's hat. In the original, Sanji said that he'd stay until Zeff goes to hell, and Zeff responds by saying he'll live for another 100 years.

In the original, Usopp gets angry because Sanji treats Nami to a Fruit Macedonia even though he's the reason their table got messed up. Sanji said that he at least brought some tea for them. In the dub, Sanji is still holding the tea in front of Usopp, but instead threatens Usopp to be quiet in front of a lady.

     Digital Edit:
The "WB" on Nami's shirt was edited. [Dub|Sub]

     Clip Edit:
After Sanji drags Luffy away from the table, there was a shot of the outside of Baratie for a few seconds, then it faded out to black. This is cut out in the dub.

A little bit where Luffy notices something in the fog is cut out of the dub.

     Color Edit:
The glass of wine that drops and breaks on the floor is a different color. [Dub|Sub]

A clip of a man frightened by the Don Krieg's arrival as well as the side of Don Krieg's shadowed face is cut.

     Name Change:
Captain Don Krieg is now an Admiral!

     Dialogue Edit:
When Carne yells at Patty about his abuse towards Gin, Dubbed Patty explained that Krieg's crew had 5000 men. In the original it was 5000 pirate fleets.

     Clip Edit:
The clip that had the screen moving from right to left with the expressions of the people on Baratie as Krieg came in is cut out. Instead it was replaced with a clip of the outside of Baratie.

The clip that showed Patty and Carne's expressions is cut out.

The clip that showed the customers' unconcerned looks the first time around (because Krieg was begging for food) is cut out. The second time was kept in.

     Color Edit:
Don Krieg slammed his wine bottle on the floor. The color of it changed. [Dub|Sub]

     Clip Edit:
The clip were Sanji hit his head on the floor upon impact from Don Krieg's unexpected attack is cut out, as well as the clip with Sanji's cigarette was slowly flying and hitting the ground a scene later.

When Krieg was examining all the frightened people on Baratie, there was a clip scrolling from right to left showing the scared chefs. Krieg looks the other way and a mirrored version of the clip was shown. The mirrored clip is cut out in the dub and it went straight to Sanji.

     Color Edit:
The wine on the table is a different color. [Dub|Sub]

     Clip Edit:
While Krieg is explaining that his 100 men are starving on the ship, a dehydrated man was looking in the barrel and collapsed beside it. The clip showing his arm hitting the wooden floor is cut out.

In the original before Sanji revealed food he cooked for Don Krieg, he kicked Patty in the face to get out of the way. This clip is cut out. Later, Patty wakes up alarmed to see Don Krieg saved from starvation. In the dub, because the cause of Patty being knocked out is cut out, it'd be a mystery as to why he suddenly wakes up in the first place.

     Dialogue Edit:
Krieg threatens the current cooks of Baratie and states that he'll be taking all of them as his crew members. In the original, Krieg just wanted Baratie and told the chefs to pack up and get out.

     Digital Edit:
As Sanji goes upstairs to prepare food for Krieg's 100 starving men, he is stopped by the current chefs of Baratie. They stop him by putting extremely large versions of utensils up to his neck. In the dub, the "weapons" are there but were editted so it looked like they were about a meter away from Sanji. Also, the placement of some of the chefs was changed, but there are still 16 chefs. Sanji tells the chefs to attack him if they wish. Some of the chefs are surprised by this. The chef on the left had "C.C" on his forehead. This is digitally removed. [Dub|Sub]

The close shot of Sanji with the knives to his neck is cut out. [Sub]

     Name Change:
Dubbed Patty's lobster weapon's attack was called "The Meatball of Doom". It was originally called "Syrup Meatball".

     Clip Edit:
There was a clip that showed the revealing of Krieg's four weapons on his armor - two on his shoulders and two on his hips. A clip that showed Krieg's guns on his right shoulder is cut out, but you can still hear it pop out while it was still showing Krieg's face.

     Digital/Dialogue Edit:
Don Krieg shows off his weapons and his armor by shooting the chefs. In the dub, the color of the guns he holds in his hands have been turned to green. [Dub|Sub] Also, the clip of the chefs getting shot is cut out. Dubbed Luffy shows his stupidity by saying how shiney Don Krieg was while he was shooting the poor chefs o.o Dubbed Sanji had to correct him.. in the original Luffy at least understood the situation :(

Dubbed Krieg's hand was covered in "sharp jewels", in the original Krieg had diamonds and an armor made of alloy rather than steel.

Zeff orders the chefs to carry the food for 100 men up to Krieg's ship. Dubbed Zeff tells Krieg to stop terrorizing them (like Krieg would listen ;D).
