While arm-wrestling, Luffy recalls a past memory with him. It was about Ace (or himself!) eating a ton of watermelons and spitting them out like a cannon before running away, but the watermelons were changed to cherries.

Blow milk through his nose... hmm. Instead of that, Luffy was continuing with the story in the original.

     Clip Edit:
The two find out that their little wrestle was a stalemate, causing the barrel they planted their elbows on to break. A lot of water from it spilled. There is a commercial break before the barrel breaks, and when the show returns, it shows the part after the barrel breaks.

     Dialogue Edit:
As Luffy takes a long time to drink the water, Ace yells at him for hogging it all. In the dub he exclaims about being sibling rivals.

So, the Baroque Works Billions came to take down Ace. When the scene changes to the Straw Hats, we find out that they're not too happy about looking for their own captain. The scene changes back to Ace and the rest, but a few shots are gone. There are about three of them that are cut, and they show the Billions ready to fire (and then afterwards the camera zooms out to reveal them all surrounding Ace and Luffy).

Luffy manages to hang on to the ropes above them, while the Billions just realize that he had a Devil's Fruit ability. The billions below him pointing their guns at Luffy and then actually shooting at him are cut out. He gets shot at in both versions, though. It's one of those, it happens but they don't directly show it happening.

Luffy standing in front of all the fallen Billions before the "leader" brings out his sword, is cut out.

Ace's hand doesn't fire up until Luffy begins to attack with Bazooka, but since it was already in fire, that tiny part is skipped.

So then, Luffy and Ace quietly leave, leaving the standing Billions in shock. The two guys who were always with the Bazooka'd guy stare, but this single shot is cut out.

     Dialogue Edit:
Luffy makes it back on Going Merry and laughs when he says that he would win in a fight against Ace if they were to fight now. In the dub it was about an eating contest instead.

     Clip Edit:
Ace hops on Going Merry and talks to the crew for a little bit. All of them bowing to him is cut.

A screen later, Ace smiles at how Luffy is quite a troublemaker. A bit after is cut out. This includes Ace slightly lowering his head to the crew (using the same shot as the above clip edit), Sanji asking him to come in, and Ace lighting his cigarette for him.

The crew is shocked at how different the boys were, but the order they talk is altered. This is when you see a shot of all of them in one screen. In the original, it was Usopp, Nami, Zoro, Chopper, Sanji, and then Vivi. In the dub it was Chopper, Sanji, and then Vivi. That's it.

When the Baroque Works ships begin to appear, Zoro noticing them is cut out.

     Name Change:
Well! Because Ace is now Heat Fist instead of Fire Fist, his move Hiken (Fire Fist) is changed to Heat Fist.

     Clip Edit:
The final shot of Smoker in the episode is cut out.
