When Luffy opens the doors, some close up gambling (slots, roulette, etc) is cut.

     Clip Edit:
Luffy yells but people ignore him and continue playing. Some more close up gambling is removed, before Luffy yells a second time (which didn't do much).

One more close up of gambling removed again, before Luffy yells a third time.

So then Usopp, Nami, and Luffy yell together for Vivi and Crocodile, and it cuts off before the camera moves to Zoro for a short second who says, "Oi!" (since Usopp and Nami were the ones didn't think yelling would lure them out)

Right after the above, another gambling shot gone.

A face shot of Luffy is removed after the Assistant Manager is told of the Straw Hats' presence.

     Digital Edit:
A sign erased, this is when Smoker is stopped by the casino people.

"Wild Cherry" on the sign is gone, after Smoker continues forward.

And "Jackpot", right after. Actually, a lot of other things are gone, like the other signs, the numbers on the paper bill and a man's poker chips. (Image)

     Clip Edit:
The guards' heads crashing into the slot machines and tables after Luffy runs through them is cut out.

Right after, Luffy asking himself if he ran into something is cut out.

     Digital Edit:
Sign, Robin, sign, sign..

Sign.. lots of them.

Ok... even the letters VIP are gone, but then they reappear when the people formally welcome the SH in. Signs erased.

There was no reason to redo the letters "VIP" (unless they really wanted to get rid of the dots separating the letters), but the kanji -> english is understandable. (Image)

This is the second time I noticed it (first time was when they were closing in on the sign at the end of the hallway) but it seems that the sign was lightened or smudged or something. (Image)

     Clip Edit:
All is good until the part where Tashigi bows to Chopper is cut.

     Dialogue Edit:
After Smoker attacks Luffy for the first time in the cage, Usopp's story about taking down a Bombman (Mr. 5, Little Garden) is changed to taking down a giant bird on a giant mountain.

     Name Change:
Kairouseki (Sea Agalmatolite) -> Sea Prism Stone

     Clip Edit:
Usopp turning around to see Crocodile (everyone got to turn around but him, it seems) is cut out.

Right after, the sight of Crocodile's chair through their point of view in the cage is cut out.

The part where Crocodile lifts his head (after Luffy looks to see him) is cut, so it's just a still picture of him.

Right after the above, a shot of Luffy is taken out.

A Baroque Works man backing up and falling is cut.

The camera showing the bottom half of Vivi's face rapidly breathing is gone.

When Vivi gets hit from behind, the scene changes before we see what hit her; the back of a gun.

     Digital Edit:

Vivi gets the gun pointed at her face, which is erased. (Image)

BW on the man's shirt erased, this is when Pell is shooting at them for the first time.

Same thing, with different guy this time.

And again.

     Clip Edit:
An image of Carue in Vivi's head is cut.

A shot of Vivi and Pell in the same screen afterwards is also gone.

     Digital Edit:

"BW" on a guy's hat.

     Name Change:
Pell's Tori Tori (Bird Bird) fruit is the Tweet Tweet fruit.

     Digital Edit:
When the screen goes black and white, minus the green guns (*thinks about Hililuk episodes*) "BW" on a shirt erased.

     Clip Edit:
So, Miss Sunday appears and tries to take Vivi to Crocodile. Vivi is reminded about Crocodile and images form in her head. The one with Miss Sunday's face (when she boarded Going Merry) is gone.

     Name Change:
Miss Sunday's Tres Fleurs was Three Floret.

Seis Fleurs -> Six Floret, see pattern? Good. No more of these mentioned until ones like Strangle come in.

     Digital Edit:
Same "Casino" edit.

     Color Edit:
Wine edit to water. Yum! (Image)

Wine, wine, wine.

     Clip Edit:
The last shot of the episode which was Vivi has been replaced with Crocodile's face.
