Well then! I scratch what I said about Luffy's Meat -> Food thing, it looks like he's starting to shout that here.

     Clip Edit:
Luffy manages to squeeze a few words as he grabs on to Pell's arm. There is a time when Pell looks surprised at Luffy. A bit is cut, but originally it was shown, and then it kind of zooms in to a second frame. This zoomed bit is what you see in the dub.

     Digital Edit:
Shock marks above Pell erased, when he sees Luffy's arm stretched.

     Mistake:

     Digital Edit:
Cloaked people riding the spot-billed ducks. They're closing in! The kana for Alubarna / West Gate, which appears after, is erased.

Miss MC gets a little angry with Bon Kurei, but her "angry vein" is erased from the back of her head.

     Clip Edit:
The BW agents converse a little. Mr. 1 says that they only have to kill Vivi, so the number of ducks don't really matter. There's a back shot of Miss MC after this, which is before Mr. 1 looks up after being called. Back shot is cut.

     Mistake:
Miss MC knows that one of the people heading to the south gate has to be Vivi. It seems that they (4Kids) didn't do their breast edit here, though the tie is still colored. (Image)

     Not a Name Change:
Usopp's Hissatsu Kaenboshi (Flame Star) retains its name Flame Star, minus the Hissatsu (Sure-Kill).

     Digital Edit:
Bon Kurei gets hit by two of the ducks. (and Usopp even fakes his voice as Vivi in the dub too! Very good) There's a map with some arrows, but the kana for the each direction are erased.

     Clip Edit:
Miss Doublefinger explains the situation as the map is shown. The map then fades away to Miss DF running. However, it's the transition that's different. In the dub, the maps zooms in while it fades. Originally, it fades away while it slides to a side, without zooming in.

After two of the ducks enter the city (the royal army sees them), there's a part that is cut where the screen moves from right to left, where you see the empty city streets as well as a few trees within in. This is before you see Miss DF and Mr. 1 running.

     Dialogue Edit:
When the SH on the ducks reveal who they really are to the BW agents chasing them, they say "Na na na na na (etc)" instead of "Too bad, you lose!".

     Clip Edit:
Vivi begins to move. She has to stop the rebellion, or else everything will be in vain. Images quickly flash in her mind, images of Igaram, his death, and Toto. You guessed it, these images are gone. They occur before it looks like the camera zooms closer to Vivi as she rides.

     Mistake:
When Vivi prepares to shout for Leader, the rebels come closer and closer. Yay for unedited rifles. Maybe they thought that the screen was moving so fast, no one would notice. (Image)

     Clip Edit:
Before Vivi spreads her arms to stop the rebels, there is a close up of her eyes, followed by her clenching her fists. Both of these are cut.

     Digital Edit:

     Clip Edit:
The royal army fires just before Kohza and Vivi meet, thanks to a disguised BW member. You see his tattoo, and when it zooms it, the blur goes crazy for emphasis before you clearly see and be in shock. There's just a single focus on the tattoo in the dub.

After Crocodile laughs evily, Carue begins to call out, but this part switches places with the scene following it - the rebels who continue to move through the smoke.

     Dialogue Edit:
Instead of calling out for "Leader", Vivi in the dub calls him by his name, Kohza.

     Digital Edit:
The bloodshed as soon as the two armies meet is erased.

     Mistake:
Oops, missed a frame. Actually, maybe twice as Carue's wing is lifted, I'm not sure. (Image)

     Clip Edit:
After Vivi tells Carue that he protected her, a shot of Carue's face is cut.

Vivi's clenched fists violently tremble, after a far away shot of both her and Carue, and this is cut out.

Usopp arrives and Vivi starts to get a little frightened. There's a little zoomed in part of her face that is cut out, which is originally before you see Carue trying to speak.

There's a single frame flashback shot of Carue and Usopp back in Little Garden, which is erased after Carue tries to speak.

     Dialogue Edit:
Usopp tells Sanji that he and Eyelashes lasted for 2 seconds, 1 second each. In the dub, he lasted 10 seconds.

     Clip Edit:
A shot of Bon Kurei and Vivi are repeated after the first one. This is before the final frame of the episode.
