Episode 64: All Dried Up
(Episode 96: The Green City, Erumalu And the Kung Fu Dugongs!)
Dialogue Edit:
The Arabasta Guards are given a "Who goes there?" when they run down the stairs, while it was originally silent.
In the same manner as the above, the people say "The King!" when the gates open.
As well, the extra "Our people deserve better" from Nebra before Pell and Chaka leave in the flashback. A little more after that, but it's not a big deal.
Sanji comes down to call Vivi out. In the dub he says he made a desert, and in the original he made tea.
Luffy's little snowman made of rice was called Vanilla Rice instead of Meshidaru [K-F's notes: Meshi (food) + daru from yukidaruma (snowman)].
Digital Edit:
Don't forget that Ace's tattoo is still erased.

And them... things. Throughout the whole episode.
In the dub, Vivi translates some noises Carue makes, and tells us that Carue was thinking of taking a bird bath even when
Vivi told him that delivering the message to her father immediately was very important.
As a side note, they left some shouting marks alone.
Clip Edit:
After Ace finishes his talk with Zoro, Crocodile lighting up his cigar in the dark is cut out.
Another side note, when you see Miss Allsunday walk in, they left the breast line alone.
After the camera moves to Crocodile's hook by the curtain, Crocodile blowing smoke out is cut out.
Minor Name Change:
Those Erimaki Runners (Frillnecked Lizards) are just called Lizard Runners in the dub.
It sounds as if Vivi is called the Kung Fu Dugongs, the "Kung Fu Dugens" or something of the sort.
Dialogue Edit:
Zoro shouting for Luffy right before we see him win against one is put in.
And Sanji, as one of the defeated ones look at Luffy.
Clip Edit:
Before the Dugong goes starry-eyed, him bowing to Luffy and Luffy looking confused is cut out.
Luffy's getting all of the defeated Dugongs to follow his actions, and his final "THIS!" at the end is cut out. This occurred before the eyecatcher, but there was no commercial in the dub at this point so they decided to take that part out for a better flow in scene transition, probably.
After Chopper gets taken away for offering meat to the Dugongs, there's a shot of the waters flowing by the shore. After that happens, a close up of a Dugong's crying face, a group shot of them with food, and Luffy trying to eat some of the meat in the bags only to get hit by Sanji's pan are cut out. These occurred consequtively, and before you see a Dugong banging on a drum. As you might've noticed earlier when Usopp and Luffy were playing with the onigiri, yes, YES ONIGIRI FINALLY EXISTS IN [THE DUBBED] ONE PIECE.
Dialogue Edit:
Chopper was not given dialogue like he should've while they were discussing Luffy's mistake with the Dugongs.
Digital Edit:

Oh, and I thought maybe that they were doing good when those shouting marks (3 times!) were left alone, but then this had to be done.
Dialogue Edit:
Usopp is given dialogue when Vivi notices something.
Clip Edit:
In Vivi's memory, the part where two people are running around in the rain is cut out. The camera would move southeast to show a guy with a big pot, but at the dub it already started at that point.
Dialogue Edit:
That same guy with the pot is making very, very happy sounds, and it wasn't originally like that.
Digital Edit:
The large kanji on the sail you see shortly later is of course, erased.
One of the guys hauling the Dance Powder (more specifically, the one with the red shirt) used to have a couple of kanji on his shirt.
Dialogue Edit:
An added "Suckers!" from the guy in the red shirt as they're leaving. He says that when you see a huge grin.
When Luffy remembers his encounter with Dance Powder earlier (Boogie Powder in the dub), the "Mystery Powder" became the "Powerful Powder".
From the dub - "Oh! So it's like the cloud goes potty all over the town!" - nice one, Usopp... XD;
Zoro commenting on that was added in shortly afterwards.
After Chopper drops a rock down the well, Zoro and Nami are given dialogue even though during this time, Vivi was talking.
When Vivi and the rest stop walking, Nami, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Usopp are given short lines, talking about the storm Nami was feeling.
Nami is given a "Look out!" before they spot a sandstorm coming their way.
Clip Edit:
After some time when they find a skeleton, the camera lifts up, scanning the three trails the boys made. After this, there is a repeated shot of Vivi with her hands on the skull. Most of the flashback of Crocodile eliminating the pirates was cut, so they only showed the part where Crocodile has his hook raised. Crocodile being praised was a part of the clips which were not included, so naturally, the part where it seems like they can hear the people's praise from the buildings is cut too.
Ace digs a hole and looks at Vivi, and a repeat shot of the three walking back is cut out.
