Episode 88: Hook, Lie and Sinker
(Episode 120: The Battle is Over! Kohza Flies the White Flag)
Clip Edit:
Some three screens used in the previous episode (when they took 3 mins of 120 to tag on the end) are used in the beginning before it continues on where 120 left off.
Well then, after it continues for one screen, a scene is cut out. They're of the Guard examining the deadness of a city (think Erumalu), but that's not all...
So that's cut out, and what comes next is Crocodile... but they're reusing an old Crocodile clip from earlier in the episode, probably to avoid erasing more cigars and smoke (it's only been a few minutes!).
Name Change:
Inu Inu Fruit (Dog Dog Fruit) -> Mutt Mutt Fruit
And then he says "Jackal Strike" when Chaka originally says "Model: Jackal"! Wow, Narikiba (Howling Fang) is said as "Howling Fang"!
Digital Edit:
Back to Zoro. The "アルバーナ・北ブロック メディ議事堂 表通り" (Alubarna North Block Medi Government Building: Main Street) on-screen is erased.
Dialogue Edit:
He's down but after that he's completely silent in the dub, as opposed to the thoughts that were originally running through Zoro's head.
Clip Edit:
And right after, a flashback when Usopp found out about getting paired with the camel is cut.
No Digital Edit?:

Is that blood on the ground?
Dialogue Edit:
Still no thought dialogue. He's out cold.
Clip Edit:
A sliding transition from the screen above to what the other crewmembers are up to. But it doesn't do that, just a normal "one screen changes to the next".
Commercial, and back to Zoro. They reuse an old faraway shot of him before moving on.
Digital Edit:

And they couldn't even let Sanji's heart fly, poor guy (that sparkle above the duck's head didn't go through either).
Dialogue/Clip Edit:
Silent Zoro and no sliding transition.
Digital Edit:
"アルバーナ・北ブロック メディ議事堂 裏通り" (Alubarna North Block Medi Government Building: Back Alley) on-screen is erased.
Clip Edit:
Saw what Nami's up to, and it's back to Zoro but that sliding transition just ain't gonna be there.
Dialogue Edit:
Still silent Zoro. Is he breathing heavily or is he snoring?
Sanji lets Vivi know one thing, but it's not that Luffy eats a lot after he's done fighting. Rather, it's that none of them are going to let her down.
Clip Edit:
After this part, Vivi looks up to the sky and visualizes the time when Vivi told Luffy that they'll wait for him in Alubarna, before Luffy's fight with Crocodile. Then the ducks head off to Alubarna. All of this is cut.
Audio Edit:
A bunch of still screens fading into one another. They've used the sound we commonly hear during a transition in One Piece, but in the original they were silent!
Clip Edit:
Someone steps towards Vivi, and Vivi's shocked. Scene switch is supposed to occur but it seems they just took this part out. It was focused on the clock with the number of minutes left until the bombing. Now we see the bottom half of Kohza's face.
After Toto's words ring in Kohza's head, he looks at the King. As soon as he does though, a still shot of the King and a few seconds flashback of the King occur but are deleted.
They keep the next two screens, which should be a different view of the King and Kohza. After this, another short flash of Kohza as a kid is cut.
Kohza asks Vivi who the thief of all the rain was. The dub moves on to Kohza right before she looks to her left.
Dialogue Edit:
I realized I've been lazy with these Dialogue Edits since it'd be pointless if I were to do a sentence by sentence comparison in the future. I assure you, there are a ton of differences in each episode.
Clip Edit:
Chaka comes in to defend Vivi and Kohza from Crocodile, and gives a tiny speech. A shot of the jackal statue is cut.
Dialogue Edit:
Toto's words rang in Kohza's head as well as Chaka's in the dub... when it was all supposed to be Chaka's.
Audio Edit:
At the battlefield. They added some radio kind of sounds while there was a broadcast.
Clip Edit:
They're showing bits of the wreck going on in Alubara. The last one, which happens to be a burnt rifle underneath the rocks, is gone.
Repeated the last two screens before the commercial, after the commercial.
Digital Edit:

It's tiny, but "Baroque" on the guy's shirt on the right is erased.
Clip Edit:
One of the rebels asks Kohza if he's sure about the surrender. As he begins his answer, he gets shot multiple times in the chest; the impacts are covered up by a black screen while the sounds persist.
