Clip Edit:
Luffy runs down towards the tomb. You see him running with a side view, then down by the feet, and then another side view but it's from the other side. This side view is cut.

While Luffy notices the place falling apart, there's a part where the camera moves with him in his point of view, and this is cut.

     Dialogue Edit:
While Vivi speaks to Usopp and points out the clocktower, she is not supposed to talk, so it's supposed to be a pause when the clock is seen.

     Audio Edit:
They added tick-tock noises whenever the camera is turned to the clock tower.

     Dialogue Edit:
Baroque Works Billions had some earlier dialogue when they were in the shadows, but revealing themselves from the shadows is shortened and the man on the far right starts the talking.

Zoro (K-F): That's Usopp's signal.
Zolo (4Kids): Okay, that's Usopp's smoke signal! Whoa!

Zoro: But what's the Palace doing so far away!?
Zolo: They must've found that cannon bomb!

Sanji: Yosh! I'm close!
Sanji: From where there's smoke, there's Usopp.

Chopper: Do you think they found the bombers!?
Chopper: Did she find the cannon? Did she? Did she? Huh?

     Technique Name Change:
[Usopp] Usopp Noise -> Chalkboard Nail Scratch

     Clip Edit:
As Luffy continues to run, a shot of him running with a pillar falling behind him is cut. This occurred before seeing Robin's hat on the ground.

Crocodile: Why are you alive? Why do you stand up to me every time I kill you!?
Crocodile: You're a pimple that keeps popping up no matter how many time I squeeze you! Why won't you leave me alone!?

Crocodile: How many times do I have to kill you until you're satisfied!?
Crocodile: What is it you want!? Out with it!!

Luffy: You haven't returned it...
Luffy: You're nothing but a lousy stinkin' thief!

Luffy: What you stole.
Luffy: Now give back what you took!

Crocodile: What I stole?
Crocodile: Tell me what I took.

Crocodile: Money? Fame? Trust? Life? RAIN!?
Crocodile: Their money? Their pride? Peace of mind? Their lives? Their rain!?

After the English commercial break, a shot of Crocodile and Luffy is repeated here.

     Digital Edit:
I've noticed that this shot, though 99% identical to the one before, is less "sweaty" on the leg but more "sweaty" on the arm. (Image)

Luffy tells him it's the country.
Crocodile: The country? That's a funny thing to say.
Crocodile: Oh please. This land isn't even your land.

Crocodile: I am just about to take this country!
Crocodile: But this land is my land from Alubarna to the desert islands.

Crocodile: I will become King of this land and rule it!
Crocodile: This land was made for him, then ME!

     Clip Edit:
A shot of Cobra is inserted when Crocodile says "him" in the above dialogue.

     Dialogue Edit:
Luffy: When we came to this island... it was already gone. This country wasn't hers!
Luffy: Well maybe that's what you think, you creep. But things are changing. We're taking it back!

     Clip Edit:
This flashback is gone.
{Vivi: I have to dissuade the Rebel Army. I don't want any more blood to be spilled.}
{Vivi: Until recently, this was a lively, green town.}
{Toto: I beg of you, Vivi-chan. Please stop those fools!}

Luffy: If this was really her country...

{Vivi: What's wrong with not wanting anyone to die?}
{Vivi: It won't happen!! I'll never let Crocodile destroy my country!}

     Clip Edit:
This part of the flashback is cut.
{Luffy: From looking at this country, what needs to be done most...}
{Luffy: ...is even clear... to me!}
{Luffy: You think that risking your one life is going to be enough!?}
{Vivi: What am I-! I have nothing else to risk...}
{Luffy: Try risking our lives along with yours!}
{Luffy: WE'RE YOUR NAKAMA!} (friends/comrades)

Luffy: If this was really her country...
Luffy: It's Vivi's land, and she loves it!

Luffy: ...she'd be able to smile more!

Crocodile: After that impressive speech, what do you expect to do without any water?
Crocodile: You have no water. You're all washed up, Straw Hat.

     Digital Edit:
After Crocodile receives the kick, Luffy puts his foot down, and the dub makes it very obvious that it's sweat that caused it, by making a drop run down his leg.

     Clip Edit:
Luffy cracks his knuckles. A flashback is cut out.
{Vivi: If you had never set foot in my country...}
{Vivi: Arabasta would have been at peace!}
{Crocodile: Doesn't it move you to tears?}
{Crocodile: The love for the country is what will destroy the country.}

Luffy: Without fresh air, my rubber skin can't breathe.

Crocodile: Bastard... was that...
Crocodile: So what!? Like I care!

Luffy: When I'm underground, the heat makes me sweat a lot!

Crocodile: ...your blood?
Crocodile: So what?

Luffy: Blood hardens sand too, right?
Luffy: Sweat's just as wet as water.

Crocodile: Rainbase... The Royal Palace...
Crocodile: You were ravaged in Rainbase, and pulverized at the palace!

Crocodile: And now in this underground chamber.
Crocodile: Wanna try for clobbered in the crypts?

Luffy: ...
Luffy: Huh?

Crocodile: You've seen Hell twice and still come back to challenge me. I will repay your tenacity...
Crocodile: I've beaten you twice now Straw Hat and still you come back. So let's just make it "three strikes and you're out."

Luffy: Damn you...!
Luffy: No way!!

Crocodile: ...as a pirate!
Crocodile: I've had it with you!

Luffy: ...
Luffy: Huh?

Crocodile: It seems no matter what I do, you'll keep trying to defeat me.
Crocodile: Really, no more games. This time we're gonna play for keeps.

Crocodile: I think it's time I treated you properly as the nuisance you are.
Crocodile: When I stick you with this hook, it's all gonna be over. And really quickly.

Luffy: He took it off... What is that?
Luffy: Oh yeah? What's that?

Crocodile: A poison hook.
Crocodile: The poison hook.

Luffy: Oh.
Luffy: CHEATER!

Crocodile: As you are a pirate like any other... I expect you to know this well.
Crocodile: You still call yourself a pirate don't you? Wake up and smell the pain.

Crocodile: A duel between pirates is a battle to the death. There is no such word as "unfair"!
Crocodile: When pirates battle, the rules are trashed. It's a fight to the finish, so it doesn't matter if I cheat, as long as I win!

Crocodile: When the explosion happens in the Square above us, this place will be destroyed with it!
Crocodile: When the bomb goes off, this place is gonna crumble like stale crackers.

Zoro: That way! That's where the smoke was coming from!
Zolo: This is so weird! I think I made a wrong turn somewhere.

Zoro: Or, was it this way?
Zolo: Maybe it's this way.

The Marines find him.
Marines: Idiot, how did you get all the way out here!?
Marines: What are you doin' over this way?

Marines: What do you think you're doing!?
Marines: You need to go back, right now.

Zoro: That's what I should be asking you!
Zolo: No way, let me through!

Marines: Roronoa Zoro!
Marines: Cool your heels!

Marines: We were informed that you had no sense of direction, but this is just ridiculous!
Marines: Zolo, you're so lost you don't know your up from your down or your north from your south.

Marines: Turn back! Go back to the last corner and head north! That'll take you to the Square!
Marines: Go back, head north at the last corner if you wanna find the courtyard.

Marines: Go back and take a right. This is the wrong way.
Marines: Hey, you got a banana in your ear!?

Marines: Are you stupid or something!?
Marines: Yoo hoo!

Zoro: Stupid?

     Mistake:

Right after the above, a flashback involving Smoker before he left is cut out. A shot of Tashigi after the flashback is over is gone, too.

     Dialogue Edit:
Vivi: We've lost so much time!
Vivi: The Navy helped us!?

Usopp: I don't understand what's going on, but...
Usopp: Maybe we're dreaming!

Usopp: ...the Marines just saved us! We really have to hand it to them!
Usopp: I'll start to worry if all of a sudden Buggy the Clown offers us a lift!

     Clip Edit:
After the above, the screen turns black and a gunshot is heard. They covered up the actual shooting of the rebel with a black screen.

     Dialogue Edit:
Usopp: In two minutes... we'll either be corpses...
Usopp: The clock keeps ticking!! Tick-tock, tick-tock!!

Usopp: ...or heroes!
Usopp: Can't we just call at time-out!?

Vivi: Right!
Vivi: I wish!!

Usopp: EVERYONE TOGETHER!
Usopp: Anybody here!?

Vivi: RIGHT!
Vivi: Hope so!!

When Nami and Chopper finds them, they tell them that the Marines helped them, but in the dub they say that they came as soon as they saw the signal.

In the dub, Nami says "The clock tower!" after Vivi points up at it, it was supposed to be silent.

Miss Fathersday is supposed to have some dialogue as soon as she shoots down Pell.

Luffy: I've worked up a really good sweat now!
Crocodile: As long as I keep dodging you... no sweat.
Luffy: Ya can't dodge 'em all, ya big hooky-man.
Crocodile: Try me, you little rookie-boy.

Crocodile manages to get Luffy a few times.
Luffy: You sure like to scratch.
Crocodile: A claw's got needs too, you know.
Luffy: Time to go for another round!
Crocodile: I was hoping you'd say that!
As you can see, lots of added dialogue in a silent battle.

     Clip Edit:
After the above, a bit of a column breaking off is cut.

     Dialogue Edit:
Crocodile: Impaled... buried alive... dried out...
Crocodile: I hooked you, buried you, and shriveled you up!

Crocodile: You may have been able to come back from all that...
Crocodile: But you still come back with all your nitpicking little gum-gums.

Crocodile: But you won't stand again after this one. The fight is over.
Crocodile: But this time, you're finished. I just won.

Crocodile: The poison is already spreading through your body.
Crocodile: The poison will make sure of it.

     Digital Edit:

Sanji: Oi!
Sanji: Hey, gorgeous!

Sanji: Nami-swan! Vivi-chwan!
Sanji: Nami-love! Vivi-love!

Usopp: WHY ARE YOU UP THERE!?
Usopp: Hey, what're you doing up there!?

Sanji: Why!? Because you left a freakin' message for me!
Sanji: Your message said "Come to the clock tower"! so I climbed up for the view!

Sanji: It said "Clock Tower", so I started making my way up.
Sanji: Time's running out. Did we find out where the bomb is yet, huh?

Sanji: What do you want me to do? Where's the bombers?
Sanji: Come on, guys! Where's dat cannon?

Usopp: They're at the top! The top!
Usopp: Up there! Right over your head!!

Usopp: Get up to the top and kick their asses!
Usopp: The clock! THE CLOCK!!

Zoro: Yo! I've been looking for you guys!
Zolo: Well, look who's here! What's up?

Sanji: ZORO! YOU'RE HERE TOO!?
Sanji: The cannon, it seems!

Zoro: What are you guys doing all the way over there?
Zolo: What're you doing down there!?

Sanji: That's what I want to know!
Sanji: What're you doing up there!?

Zoro: I dunno! The Marines kept saying "Go North! Go North!"... So I went up this building!
Zolo: That's an easy one! I've always been much higher on the totem pole than you, chefy-boy!

Sanji: "NORTH" and "UP" ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!
Sanji: In your dreams, sword-boy!

The dialogue between Mr. 7 and Miss Fathersday is pretty bad, so I'll leave it up to you to see the clip I put up (it's from 93). And, I'm not very good at understanding such thick accents anyways...
