Crocodile gets extra dialogue after Luffy's Gatling Gun.
Crocodile: You cannot save this kingdom.

Crocodile: Don't you understand? You're already dead!
Luffy: Wrong-O. Since there's no breeze, I'm sweatin' like a hog.

Crocodile: The poison entered your wounds and is about to finish you off!

Crocodile: Your body's starting to go numb, isn't it?
Crocodile: But sweat or no sweat, the poison works its magic.

Crocodile: No matter whether you win or lose this fight... you're going to be buried within this underground sactuary!
Crocodile: I'll escape like grains of sand in a windstorm but you'll be buried here under the rubble, rubberboy.

A view of the cannon from an angle is cut out, and so is Miss Fathersday swinging her skirt. This occurs before she calls for ignition (or "Wee!" in the dub).

     Dialogue Edit:
The counting is cut out. They don't ever start counting down at all while everything happens.

I have no idea what's wrong with a match. They cut out the part with the match, and left in the part after the rope's been ignited.

     Dialogue Edit:
Sanji: What? They're flying up.
Sanji: Houston, we have lift off.

Vivi: Does that mean... the plan... is to keep flying the whole way up!?
Vivi: Nami, what are you doing? He's a reindeer, not a flying kangaroo!

There's a long pause on Zoro, isn't there? Well, he's supposed to say something.

Luffy: Like I said... you don't understand anything.
Luffy: You don't get it, croc-head. I'll never let Vivi down. She's my friend!

Luffy: Vivi...
Nebra: ...?

Luffy: She tells others not to die... But she's the first one who throws her life away to save someone else.
Luffy: Vivi's always trying to help other people. That's something you'll never understand!

Luffy: If I abandoned her, she'd die! You'd kill her!
Luffy: And if I don't help her, you'll crush her...!

Crocodile: I don't understand you!
Crocodile: Oh, cue the violin!

Crocodile: That's why I'm saying you should just abandon such an annoying-
Crocodile: You're breakin' my heart here, Straw Hat. But you wasted your life for nothing!

Luffy: I DON'T WANT HER TO DIE! WE'RE NAKAMA! (friends/comrades)
Luffy: I WILL NOT LET YOU DO ANYTHING TO HER! VIVI'S MY FRIEND, YOU SANDBAG!

Luffy: That's why, as long as she doesn't give up on her country...
Luffy: Don't forget it! Vivi loves Alabasta!

Luffy: We won't stop fighting!
Luffy: She won't ever give up and I won't let her down!

Crocodile: Even if you die?
Crocodile: That takes friendship way to far.

Luffy: When I die... that'll be that.
Luffy: You never had a friend, so how would you know?

     Technique Name Change:
Mr. 7's Yellow Gun didn't have a name. The Gero Gero Gun is appropriately named Ribbit Ribbit Gun, good job guys.

     Clip Edit:
The flashback that occurs later in the episode is put in after the agents ready their guns.

Afterwards, Sanji yelling at the agents for pointing their guns at Vivi is switched the Vivi telling them about the agents.

After each second passes, the screen freezes to show how many is left, but these are gone in the dub.

Before Vivi strikes, they thought it'd be better to take out the Crocodile fight that occurs and put it later on. So for now, let's do the comparison of the time that is shown after the Crocodile fight, which shows what happens when Vivi attacks the agents.

     Technique Name Change:
Vivi's "Runback" move doesn't get a name.

After the above, the clock moves to its final position. The flashback that was used earlier is now supposed to occur. After the flashback, the agents are seen falling, which is where the dub is after the clock strikes 4:30.

After Zoro lands and asks about the explosion, a part with Chopper is cut out. He landed on a Marine and just boots it out of there, with a bump on both of their heads.

     Dialogue Edit:
Usopp yelling "WHAAAT!?" when they find out about the timer is cut out.

     Clip Edit:
A bit of the Crocodile fight that was missing earlier now occurs.

     Dialogue Edit:
Crocodile: Your most valiant attempts at yelling won't make your body listen.
Crocodile: You're like a little toy chuhuaua! You snap and growl and bark but you don't have any bite!

Crocodile: A fine state you're in, Straw Hat.
Crocodile: Poison working?

     Clip Edit:
Now Cobra speaks. Now everything's going normal now. It seems they just wanted to put the attempts to stop the bomb together and some of the fighting parts together. In the original, as soon as the above dialogue is over, Vivi attacks the agents with her slasher.

     Dialogue Edit:
Sanji: Shit! This can't be happening! Even though we stopped the firing, the bomb...
Sanji: So what're we gonna do? We stopped the bombers but the bomb's still tickin'!

Chopper: ...has a timer!
Chopper: He's mean!

Zoro: The blast's gonna be five kilometers wide... the Square and the city are going to be completely destroyed!
Zolo: It can still demolish everything within five miles! Not only the courtyard but the whole town and us!

Usopp: NO WAY! NO!

Usopp: WHAT'S GOING ON!?
Usopp: NO! I'm not liking that "us" part!

Usopp: You mean stopping the Square bombing... was impossible from the very beginning!?
Usopp: I'm starting to unravel here! And it's not my bandages! Crocodile's a nightmare!!

     Clip Edit:
While Vivi cries out towards Crocodile, a still screen of his big laughing mug is cut out. This is before the time when she screams out Crocodile's name.

     Dialogue Edit:
During Pell's flashback, Vivi wanted to celebrate the anniversary of his joining the Royal Guard, and in the dub it's celebrating Pell's birthday.

     Clip Edit:
Pell stepping up to her, slapping her in the face, and Vivi landing on the ground is cut out. (Image)

After Pell goes to talk to her (she's on the ground holding her cheek..) a shot of Vivi's face while she begins to cry is cut out. The part that was cut out occurred before we find out that Pell was afraid to have her badly hurt by the ammunition.

     Dialogue Edit:
As Pell takes her to the skies...
Pell: His Majesty has specifically told me not to fly with you on my back!
Pell: The King doesn't like it when I do this. He thinks it's too dangerous for you to be flying.

Vivi: You don't have to if you don't want to!
Vivi: I won't tell, but please don't yell at me again!

Vivi: But otherwise, I'll never forgive you for today.

Vivi: And you were the one who said you'd do whatever I wanted, Pell.
Vivi: I love it when we fly together, Pell! It's so much fun!

Vivi: Hey, Pell.
Vivi: Hey Pell?

Pell: Yes?
Pell: Yes?

Vivi: Why do you spend every day training?
Vivi: Everyday I see you training to fight 'n stuff.

Pell: Because I am a guard. It is my duty to protect this country. I must be strong.

Vivi: Who are you going to fight?
Vivi: Who're you gonna fight?

Pell: I don't know.
Pell: Well...

Pell: It's more about protecting than fighting.
Pell: I don't train to fight.

Vivi: Are they different?
Pell: I train to protect those in my care.

Pell: The goals are different.
Pell: Do you understand the difference?

Vivi: Oh... that's weird.
Vivi: I think so...

Vivi is given dialogue as she reaches out for Pell. It's true that her mouth was moving while there was no talking, but it's supposed to be like that.

Pell: I... am a Guardian Spirit of Arabasta!
Pell: My powers from the Falcon Fruit enable me to protect this country!

Pell: The Falcon!
Pell: LONG LIVE ALABASTA!

Pell: One who destroys the enemies of the Royal Family!
