As of now, there are 2 seasons for the 4Kids dub. The first season included words for Luffy, Nami, and Zoro/Zolo, soon included Sanji. Season 2 officially started with episode 60 when Chopper is added into the rap. Otherwise it's the same song, but a line or two are just changed to welcome the new crewmembers.

     Also, I don't know how long it went for, but for a while apparently there were a couple of different lines until a second version was made, which is the one you were probably hearing for the first 29 episodes (I think the first one was just the promo for the 4Kids website). The reason I marked the rap first played in the episodes as v2, is because I find it very odd that a few lines were changed when the time to air the episodes came. That means it's a version 2... right?

     Then we had the English version of "We Are!", the first opening for the original One Piece. I'm told it was shown during a licensing convention before the dub aired, but when the dub came, everybody suddenly found out that it was changed to a rap. This is the only circulating video on the net thus far, so the chances of finding a perfect quality mp3 of it is quite slim. I was not the one who recorded it.
